Alex Kobulsky is a lead financial institution policy analyst in the Federal Reserve Board’s Division of Supervision and Regulation, where he monitors state member banks and holding companies in the community banking organization supervisory portfolio. Alex has extensive policy experience, including his work developing and issuing policy letters (Supervision and Regulation letters) for more than 15 years. Alex is also a cochair of the advisory board for Community Banking Connections and oversees the maintenance of, and revisions to, the Commercial Bank Examination Manual and the Bank Holding Company Supervision Manual.
