Richard Murray

Richard Murray is an exam manager and commissioned examiner with the Regional and Community Supervision unit of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where he oversees a team of examiners and a portfolio of community banks. He previously was the central point of contact for a regional bank holding company. Richard has more than 14 years of banking regulatory experience, including 11 years with the Federal Reserve and three with the Massachusetts Division of Banks. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
