Andrew (Andy) Giltner is a lead examiner in the Regional and Community Supervision Division of the Supervision and Regulation Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, based out of the Des Moines, IA, office. He is responsible for leading and participating in risk-focused full-scope and target examinations of regional and community banks, bank holding companies, and trust departments across the Seventh District. Andy is on a training council to mentor examiners on a variety of commercial examination processes and coleads his District’s trust liaison program. He has a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Arkansas.
