Jessica Olayvar is a senior manager in the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where she provides support and oversight for examiners completing community bank examinations and bank holding company inspections. Jessica has nearly a decade of banking supervision experience, including as a commissioned bank examiner and as a supervision analyst exploring emerging risks for banks of all sizes. In her current role, Jessica provides support and oversight for examiners completing community bank examinations and bank holding company inspections, teaches required classes for examiners to complete their examiner commissioning, and trains and develops examiners throughout the Federal Reserve System. She has a master of finance from the Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. in mathematics and a B.A. in economics from the University of Alaska.
