Kathryn Loesch is a senior examiner in the Supervision, Credit, and Learning Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. She is responsible for supervisory policy and risk analysis, analyzing mergers and applications, and banking supervision. During her more than 15 years at the Federal Reserve, she has supervised community and regional banks and small and large/complex bank holding companies; was a trainer and developer for examiners in training; and served as the chair of the Capital Markets Risk Group in St. Louis. Kathryn has a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in banking and finance from the University of Missouri.
