Randall Gilbert is a senior associate examiner in the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this role, he participates in the examinations of a portfolio of community and regional banks and small bank holding companies to assess their overall financial condition, risk management systems, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Before joining the Boston Fed, Randall was a senior examiner at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he conducted examinations of broker-dealer firms to ensure their compliance with federal securities laws and FINRA rules. Randall has an M.P.A. from Northeastern University and a B.A. in political science and economics from Roger Williams University.
