Carla Thomas is a senior manager in the Community and Regional Institutions Supervision group within Supervision + Credit at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Carla is the central point of contact for a portfolio of community and regional institutions and started with the San Francisco Fed as a compliance consultant and content writer. Previously, she was a financial institutions examiner for the State of Michigan. Carla and her team collaborate across the Federal Reserve System on the latest innovations in banking and fintech. She has a B.A. in finance from Michigan State University.
